📋 Description
• Lead and manage the interactive process for complex and sensitive accommodation requests. • Conduct thorough intake interviews and gather necessary medical documentation. • Assess individual needs, job functions, and workplace barriers. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement approved accommodations. • Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation. • Track and analyze accommodation data to identify trends and inform strategic HR initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in accommodation administration. • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and disability programs. • Experience with HRIS and accommodation management systems. • CLMS or CPDM certification preferred.
