📋 Description

• Support the growing North American team and Anthesis’ global sustainability offerings • Provide clients with actionable insights for sustainability strategy, goal setting, program implementation, reporting, and communications • Address sustainability topics across environmental, social, and governance areas, from operations to supply chain • Lead client engagements across the full lifecycle, from initial needs assessment to measurable impact • Build and direct cross-functional teams for high-quality client delivery and outcomes • Partner with clients to identify and address sustainable performance improvement opportunities • Guide strategic, structural, operational, and management transformations • Facilitate executive and cross-functional alignment to secure buy-in and resources • Oversee research and analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and interpretation • Conduct stakeholder interviews with employees and leadership • Design and lead collaborative workshops • Diagnose organizational challenges and formulate actionable solutions • Prepare business proposals and strategic recommendations for client leadership • Support implementation by providing clients with tools, guidance, and support • Lead and mentor analysts and consultants • Serve as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in an in-house sustainability practitioner role, management consultancy, or client management in technical or specialist sustainability consultancy • Experience working at and navigating all levels of an organization • Experience driving decisions and direction through influence, including with C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders • Experience working in teams and leading teams • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written • Problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities • Analytical skills • Flexibility in mindset and approaches • Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments
