📋 Description

• Hold a global, defensible view of initiatives, progress, purpose, and routes to success • Run the transformation operating rhythm, including agendas, materials, decisions, and momentum • Capture, drive, push, and follow up until work is complete • Conduct baselines, business cases, and benefit tracking with Finance • Identify initiative drift through quantitative analysis • Carry assigned workstreams end to end: diagnose, design, deliver, and measure • Surface duplication, slippage, unowned work, and emerging risks with evidence • Identify areas for business transformation and build tools to support change • Write agents, automations, and internal applications • Provide portfolio assessments and recommendations to the Chief of Staff and leadership • Build tools that improve the speed and accuracy of transformation work

🎯 Requirements

• Ownership is a first principle in everything you do • Native use of modern artificial intelligence tools • Experience building agents, automations, analyses, and internal applications with artificial intelligence tools • Experience running complex cross-functional work in an organization where nobody reported to you • Ability to describe what shipped • Comfortable in a spreadsheet and in front of executives • Clear, brief writing • Consistent follow-through without reminders • Steady when priorities shift • Willingness to state plainly when something is not working • Fluency in written and spoken English • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire and maintain authorization throughout employment • No visa sponsorship or immigration support provided
