📋 Description

• Create tasks involving bookkeeping, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation • Develop reference solutions with accurate calculations, supporting documentation, and clearly explained accounting treatment • Evaluate AI agents classifying transactions, reconciling accounts, correcting discrepancies, and preparing accounting reports • Design scenarios involving incomplete records, duplicate transactions, misclassified expenses, and period-end adjustments • Define evaluation criteria for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and traceability to source documents • Identify accounting errors, unsupported assumptions, and mistakes in agents’ use of accounting tools

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise • 3+ years of experience in accounting • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial statements • Experience with month-end closing and applying relevant accounting standards • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software • Fluent English, with strong written communication skills • Preferred: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification • Preferred: Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or comparable platforms • Preferred: Experience managing accounting records across multiple businesses or industries • Preferred: Experience reviewing accounting work and documenting procedures
