📋 Description

• Create realistic tasks involving journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing • Prepare reference solutions with accurate calculations, supporting schedules, and clearly documented accounting treatment • Evaluate AI agents reviewing general ledgers, reconciling balances, identifying discrepancies, and preparing adjustments • Define scoring criteria for accuracy, completeness, supporting documentation, and compliance with the specified accounting framework • Identify accounting errors, unsupported entries, and weaknesses in the audit trail

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise • 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting • Strong understanding of the general ledger, closing processes, and IFRS or US GAAP • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience with accounting or ERP software • Fluent English, with strong written communication skills • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred • Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidation, or ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred
