📋 Description

• Create tasks involving bookkeeping review, adjusting entries, trial balance preparation, financial statements, and client accounting queries • Develop reference solutions that reconcile source documents to final outputs and explain relevant accounting judgments • Evaluate AI agents organizing incomplete records, correcting misclassifications, reconciling accounts, and preparing client deliverables • Define scoring criteria for technical accuracy, consistency, documentation, and clarity of client communication • Identify missing information and assess whether agents request clarification or state reasonable assumptions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise • 3+ years of experience in public accounting or providing accounting services to external clients • Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and applicable accounting standards • Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent software • Fluent English, with strong written communication skills • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred • Experience serving multiple clients, industries, or jurisdictions preferred
