📋 Description

• Independently own and manage the company’s most demanding, high-stakes translation projects • Manage complex localization and translation projects, including large securities mandates • Plan projects carefully and identify dependencies, risks, and contingency plans • Anticipate issues and make sound decisions under pressure • Manage relationships with lawyers, senior executives, and other sophisticated stakeholders • Maintain precision while timelines are tight and priorities change • Apply operational judgment and strong standards to project delivery • Question existing processes and identify better ways to deliver • Learn and apply new technologies and workflows • Drive projects through from beginning to end • Serve as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports or people-management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex localization or translation projects • Ideally, experience in legal, financial, securities, regulatory, or other high-stakes environments • Exceptional planning skills, including identifying dependencies, risks, and contingency plans • Ability to communicate confidently with senior and demanding client stakeholders • Ability to remain composed, precise, and solutions-oriented during difficult projects • Ability to take ownership and work independently • Curiosity and eagerness to continue learning • Strong interest in innovation, technology, and continuous improvement • Perseverance to see difficult projects through from beginning to end • French proficiency is requested in the application form, but no specific proficiency level is stated
