📋 Description

• Own customer expansion at Apollo, including in-product surfaces that drive seat additions, credit purchases, add-ons, and higher-value plan upgrades • Own the team invite and joiner experience to turn new seats into active, paying users • Own the admin upgrade request flow • Develop credit and plan upsells driven by deeper, habitual usage • Create hand-offs that guide qualified teams to Apollo’s sales team • Build reporting to identify healthy expansion and revenue leakage • Conduct customer research with paying customers, admins, and end users • Translate customer needs and friction points into product changes, strategy, and roadmap decisions • Prototype quickly using Claude Code and other AI tools • Use AI to refine thinking, automate busywork, align the team, and focus on high-leverage work • Write clear specifications and make product tradeoffs • Partner with Product Design and Engineering on product experience and delivery • Instrument funnels and track conversion and expansion metrics • Iterate based on measurement and learning • Drive alignment across Free-to-Paid, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, Support, and other partner teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in SaaS product management • End-to-end product ownership in a SaaS environment • Demonstrated track record of unlocking revenue • Ability to create clarity and drive work forward in ambiguous environments • Strong product judgment and ability to make hard tradeoffs • Creative problem-solving ability • Customer empathy and focus on user speed and confidence • Ability to influence without authority • Clear communication and ability to build trust • Execution excellence across defining, shipping, measuring, and iterating • Technical fluency in performance, reliability, and integrations • Experience prototyping with AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor • Ability to show something shipped using AI tools • Domain experience in PLG, monetization, billing, or expansion surfaces is a plus, not a requirement
