📋 Description

• Lead complex medical AI data programs from solution design through delivery • Own the quality and direction of complex healthcare AI programs • Translate customer objectives into medical data strategies • Establish standards for how healthcare data is designed, evaluated, and delivered • Turn standards into repeatable approaches, methodologies, and capabilities across Appen's global delivery organization • Bridge customer objectives, clinical expertise, and Appen's global delivery capability • Support strong customer outcomes and expand Appen's healthcare data capability across its portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing clinicians, researchers, or other specialist professional communities • Familiarity with healthcare data privacy, security, and responsible AI governance • Experience developing or reviewing medical datasets, annotation guidelines, clinical taxonomies, or evaluation criteria • Exposure to AI companies, frontier AI labs, or healthcare technology organizations
