📋 Description

• Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-ups • Manage electronic health records (EHR), including accurate data entry and updates • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers • Prepare, review, and maintain medical records, reports, and correspondence • Assist with billing support, insurance verification, and documentation follow-ups • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards • Provide general administrative support to improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare administrative role • Working knowledge of EHR systems and virtual healthcare workflows • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare compliance regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office productivity tools • Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required
