📋 Description
• Serve as the primary resource and point of contact for the Medical Assistant team • Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and mentorship to Medical Assistants • Assist with onboarding and training new Medical Assistants • Monitor team workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency • Help ensure clinical workflows, protocols, and organizational standards are consistently followed • Assist leadership with quality assurance, workflow audits, and performance improvement initiatives • Help coordinate daily Medical Assistant assignments and coverage • Communicate operational issues and recommendations to clinical leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's degree related to this field • 5 years plus of Medical Assistant experience • 1–2+ years of leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred • Proficient in thriving within a dynamic remote work setting • Experience with EHR; Athena is a plus
