📋 Description

• Care for children and adults with eating disorders through Equip’s 100% virtual telehealth platform • Manage a high-volume patient caseload • Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions • Implement medication treatment plans in a virtual clinic setting • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, family mentors, and outside providers • Use between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip EMR • Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings • Provide direct patient care, including new-patient and follow-up sessions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified as a Physician Assistant • Maintain active Physician Assistant licenses and pursue cross licensing as applicable • 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting • Commitment to excellent evidence-based care, advancing clinical skills, and professional development • Effective communication with patients and patients’ carers • Respond to messages within a timely manner • Participate enthusiastically and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team • Ability to provide direct patient care, including new patients and follow-up sessions • Ability to work Monday-Friday full-time • Ability to work until 6 pm two evenings per week • Ability to attend mandatory meetings • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours • Reliable internet and a private workspace for remote work • Legal authorization to work in the country where the job is located
