📋 Description

• This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy and deeply mission-aligned Operations Manager to join our Founder’s Office. • Customer Success & Feedback Analysis Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including refunds, feature requests, complaints, and invoice/receipt issues via Stripe and Proton Mail. • Executive Support & Calendar Management Manage complex calendars for two co-founders, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts. • Partner & Vendor Coordination Support developer partners who are integrating Thaura AI into their platforms. • Administrative & Operational Excellence Draft, edit, and organize various business documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required. • Highly comfortable with modern productivity tools (Proton Mail, Stripe dashboard, Notion/Slack, etc.). • Ability to synthesize large amounts of user feedback into actionable insights and clear reports for engineering teams. • Excellent written communication skills; ability to represent the brand professionally in all customer and partner interactions. • Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail. • Previous experience in customer success, operations, or executive assistance preferred. • Experience in the AI/SaaS sector is a bonus.
