📋 Description

• Coordinate activities of organizations supporting EHR Go-Live, recovery, and Post Go-Live Operations • Direct production and distribution of healthcare support services and drive overall operations improvement • Support Value Stream Enablement by aligning teams, resources, and execution activities • Support centralized upskilling and onboarding operations, including training logistics, scheduling, and shipment of training aids • Forecast operational demand and coordinate with managers to sequence and resource surge tasks • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, operational trackers, and execution cadences • Support the Tiered Hub prioritization process and monitor operational metrics • Contribute to weekly task reports, bi-monthly budget trackers, and monthly progress reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) • Minimum 8 years of relevant production/operations experience • Experience in healthcare operations or health IT program execution • Experience supporting EHR deployment, training operations, or command-center logistics • Familiarity with Lean/Agile execution practices and operational performance metrics • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable VA background investigation at the Low Risk / NACI level • Electronic fingerprinting and e-QIP submission required • All work must be performed within the United States • Availability for occasional CONUS travel to VA Medical Centers, approximately 5-day site visits • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications • Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI strongly preferred
