📋 Description

• Manage the acknowledgment process and ensure materials are ordered from manufacturers • Align needed dates with acknowledged dates • Resolve pricing discrepancies between purchase orders and acknowledgments • Buy replenishment stock and create purchase orders • Work with sales staff to order non-stock items • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to automate ordering processes • Coordinate with project management to ensure materials are ordered in time for system ship dates • Support expediting and purchasing options • Participate in cycle and year-end inventory counts • Manage stock and reordering volumes proactively • Use tools to maintain stock quantities and ensure timely ordering • Analyze vendor overspending and recommend new stock items • Recommend improvements to inventory quality and processes • Receive and ship all 'ship direct' invoices • Resolve receiving discrepancies • Assist with relevant reporting and metrics • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel • Experience in inventory, supply chain, and accounting functions • Experience purchasing, writing, and understanding purchase orders • Experience ordering materials • Ability to expertly manage vendor and internal customer relationships • Experience with Opening Suite and MS Office • Experience in the Door & Hardware industry and Comsense Opening Suite preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Experience within Division 8 Doors, Frames, and Hardware asked in the application
