📋 Description

• Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents end to end, including API integrations, agent workflows, backend services, and lightweight interfaces • Deploy and operate solutions in Azure and AWS, managing services, scheduled jobs, capacity, monitoring, incidents, internal-user support, and costs • Integrate AI systems with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 using secure authentication and permission models • Develop production-grade LLM pipelines for retrieval, structured extraction, scoring logic, prompts, tools, and output validation • Use AI coding tools while reviewing and governing their output to production quality • Work with business stakeholders to scope requests, set expectations, and turn ambiguous needs into shippable tools • Document solutions through runbooks and decision notes • Support the full solution lifecycle from scoping and development through launch, monitoring, user support, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building software, including hands-on experience shipping LLM/generative AI features or systems beyond prototypes • Solid Python skills • Working familiarity with REST APIs • Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework, such as React with TypeScript • Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud solutions on Azure and/or AWS • Experience with cloud services, functions or containers, scheduled jobs, monitoring, log-based debugging, and cost awareness • Hands-on experience with LLM tool-calling or agent frameworks • Experience with workflow or automation platforms such as n8n or Power Automate • Applied LLM fundamentals including RAG, embeddings, structured extraction, prompt design, and determining when human review is needed • Experience integrating with at least one major enterprise platform, such as a CRM, ERP, or Microsoft 365 APIs • Ability to shift quickly in ambiguous situations and ask effective questions • Clear communication with non-technical colleagues • Ability to write usable documentation • Qualified applicants must complete a 30-minute online assessment • Nice to have: MCP servers, Anthropic/Claude ecosystem, enterprise AI platform administration, Azure or AWS certifications, Terraform or Bicep, predictive ML, AI evaluation design, Salesforce API and data-model experience, Microsoft Graph or Entra ID experience, and end-user support or training experience
