📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of Revalize’s revenue-generating global customer training organization • Define and drive the transformation roadmap, operating model, delivery mix, and commercial strategy • Lead the team through organizational change, build buy-in, manage resistance, and sustain momentum • Champion automation, AI-assisted content development, and scalable digital-first delivery • Partner with senior leadership to align transformation with company growth priorities • Own the customer training P&L, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin accountability • Redesign the training catalog, course packaging, pricing tiers, and bundled offerings • Track and report revenue, enrollment, utilization, and learner satisfaction KPIs • Set instructional design strategy across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and asynchronous content • Translate product documentation and subject-matter expertise into learner-centered content • Maintain content currency across the multi-product portfolio • Manage six instructors across two continents, including coaching, workload oversight, scheduling, and professional development • Oversee the Docebo LMS and integrations with Salesforce, Workato, and NetSuite • Drive workflow automation, process documentation, and cross-system data integrity • Advise Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing on enablement, courses, and curriculum • Collaborate with Product teams to align training with release cycles and customer adoption priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading a team or function through significant transformation or change • Change leadership skills including vision-setting, stakeholder alignment, and driving adoption through resistance • 7+ years in customer education, training, enablement, or an adjacent customer-facing function • Meaningful people leadership experience • Experience owning revenue, P&L, or commercial outcomes for a service or product line • Working knowledge of instructional design across ILT, vILT, and eLearning modalities • Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably Docebo or equivalent • Familiarity with CRM/ERP-adjacent systems • Experience managing globally distributed teams across time zones and cultures • Comfort with reporting, pipeline analysis, and operational metrics • B2B SaaS or enterprise software industry background strongly preferred • Ability to work standard U.S. hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time if based in the United States, or 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time if operating within EMEA • Qualified applicants must complete a 30-minute online assessment • This is a full-time, bonus-eligible position
