📋 Description

• Lead Aramark service delivery on facilities management contracts • Deliver services efficiently and innovatively to maximize contract growth and ensure contract retention • Provide leadership, management, and development of assigned contracts • Ensure financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded • Continuously review supplier services for standard methodology and value for money • Manage employee development, performance management, and succession planning • Maintain customer focus and effective relationships with key client contacts • Identify opportunities to deliver additional services and grow current offerings • Ensure quality, environmental, health, and safety compliance • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and people-management processes • Deliver continuous improvement through standard methodology and innovation • Develop and deliver strategic reporting to support client relationship management, identify trends, and take action

🎯 Requirements

• Proven background in the delivery of facilities management, maintenance, and project management services • Consistent track record in budget and cost control • 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role • Formal 3rd level qualification (technical) or equivalent relevant experience in a technical or building services role • Proven leadership skills • Ability to plan and prioritize • Excellent customer service skills • Good communication skills • Strong influencing skills • Track record of people management and development
