📋 Description

• Partner with General Managers and business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities, make recommendations, and drive positive financial outcomes • Manage and support a team of Finance professionals • Develop team members through training, coaching, and feedback for career growth and succession planning • Oversee Daily & Weekly Reporting, Month-End Close, Monthly Forecast, CAPEX Planning & Spend, Annual Operating Plan, Client Deliverables, A/P, A/R, Cash & Banking, and assigned Tax & Compliance tasks • Travel monthly to assigned locations to understand operations, build relationships, and provide visibility, face time, and support • Meet with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure contract compliance and deliverables • Accommodate internal and external auditors • Ensure proper internal controls to support SOX compliance • Perform other assigned and ad hoc duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business or a related field • 2+ years of relevant experience, including experience managing direct reports • Strong working knowledge of Excel • Comfort learning new accounting and finance systems • High level of comfort with frequent change in a fast-paced environment • Desire and drive to strategically partner with non-finance team members and drive financial results • Candidates ideally located in the Western United States and within a reasonable driving distance of a major airport • Ability to travel monthly to assigned locations
