📋 Description

• Serve as the marketing and strategy lead for the Enterprise Partnership Group • Craft a compelling and scalable value proposition for large, cross-LOB enterprise clients • Develop and execute the EPG go-to-market strategy, including segment targeting, persona development, and client engagement standards • Lead strategic guidance on proposals and RFP responses • Partner with Lines of Business to deliver coordinated, enterprise-level client marketing • Develop EPG-specific marketing collateral and lead overarching enterprise communications • Plan and develop growth initiatives to accelerate new business development and retention • Lead enterprise digital strategy initiatives • Monitor market trends and emerging competitors to inform go-to-market strategies • Deliver actionable marketing insights for strategic decisions, solution design, and executive engagements • Position Aramark as an enterprise market leader through brand storytelling and differentiated value creation • Develop strategies responding to evolving client needs and creating market distinction • Partner with BRC, Communications, and Digital Marketing to support EPG expansion and solution development • Collaborate with senior growth executives, sales leadership, and corporate resources to drive shared outcomes • Deepen client and prospect relationships to enhance retention and growth • Build partnerships with strategic clients and internal teams • Lead brand campaigns and enterprise messaging showcasing Aramark's integrated capabilities, innovation, and impact

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Strategic thinking and self-motivation • Ability to work effectively while building something new • Results-oriented collaboration and accountability • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills • Ability to engage a wide range of audiences and stakeholder levels • Ability to connect marketing and strategy decisions to business outcomes and growth targets • Ability to lead through influence and build trust across functions, Lines of Business, and senior leadership • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a startup-like environment within a large, matrixed organization • Strong values, unquestioned integrity, listening, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to champion diversity, employee engagement, and inclusion • Ability to travel up to 50%
