📋 Description

• Get close to players, the product, and the codebase to identify opportunities to improve the experience • Ship an end-to-end project alongside product and engineering • Own design from discovery through UX flows, UI, prototyping, design QA, launch, and beyond • Challenge assumptions, explore alternatives, and recommend evidence-backed solutions • Design mobile-first journeys • Account for user states, edge cases, accessibility, and regulatory constraints • Stay close to engineering and iterate based on product performance • Use motion, sound, haptics, and effects to improve rewards and user moments • Build functional prototypes with AI and explore working directly in the codebase • Improve the design workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product design • Strong portfolio of shipped work demonstrating end-to-end project ownership • Strong UX and UI fundamentals, including hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and interaction design • Experience handling complex flows, user states, edge cases, accessibility, and regulatory constraints • Strong proficiency in Figma • Experience using Claude Code or Codex to accelerate work, prototype ideas, and solve problems • Comfort with ambiguity and working without constant oversight • Ability to evaluate design decisions using feedback, testing, and product metrics • Knowledge of frontend basics, responsive design, design systems, and designing within an existing codebase's styling • Clear communication and ability to give and receive feedback • Ability to work during overlapping team hours
