📋 Description

• Adopt Lean-Agile mindset and values from the Agile Manifesto, Lean Thinking, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Participate in continuous learning and root-cause problem-solving • Connect with customers, plan work, deliver value, gather feedback, and improve continuously • Conduct primary and secondary research on market dynamics and user preferences • Apply market segmentation and identify market rhythms and events • Understand end-user needs and engage customers throughout the product life cycle • Apply design thinking and represent the end user • Contribute to product vision and roadmap development • Assist with ART Backlog prioritization and communicate vision and roadmap during PI Planning • Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog with input from product management, system architecture, and other stakeholders • Guide story creation, prioritize backlog items, and accept stories • Support the Architectural Runway and delivery team • Balance stakeholder perspectives, elaborate stories, and foster built-in quality and compliance • Participate in team and ART events • Facilitate user acceptance testing and guide business adoption of new ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS-based product development environment or FDA-regulated medical device environment • 5+ years of experience being a product owner or relevant domain experience in blood supply preferred • Experience using Design Thinking tools such as Empathy maps, Journey maps, Personas, Prototypes, Benefit Hypotheses, and others a plus • Experience as product owner in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment preferred
