📋 Description

• Lead technical recruiting strategy • Partner with Engineering, Data, Product, and Analytics leadership • Build scalable recruiting systems • Own sourcing and talent pipeline development • Elevate candidate experience • Drive data-driven recruiting • Coach and enable hiring teams • Leverage technology and AI in recruiting • Lead and mentor recruiters • Build alignment with leaders on hiring plans, talent profiles, and team needs • Assess recruiting processes, funnel performance, and candidate experience • Establish metrics and reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill • Improve hiring velocity and quality across technical roles • Implement scalable recruiting processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase predictability • Strengthen employer brand and outbound sourcing strategies • Operate a high-performing technical recruiting function across engineering, data, product, and analytics teams • Build scalable sourcing pipelines across key roles and geographies • Deliver measurable improvements in hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction • Follow all security policies and procedures to protect PHI and Arcadia intellectual property

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of technical recruiting experience • Proven ability to scale recruiting processes • Strong sourcing experience for technical talent • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders • Data-driven mindset • Strong communication and judgment • Experience scaling recruiting in high-growth SaaS or data-driven companies • Experience hiring for AI/ML, data platform, or distributed systems roles • Experience with recruiting tools and AI-assisted platforms • Experience in employer branding or talent marketing
