📋 Description

• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of global data center programs • Provide recommendations and propose resolutions based on analysis • Analyze large volumes of data for a key technology client • Present analysis findings clearly and concisely • Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries to oversee schedule execution and on-time delivery • Resolve issues and ensure consistency across cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating functions and deliverables • Develop and implement earned value management (EVM) processes and systems • Manage baselines, progress measurement, schedule quality analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and contingency management using Primavera P6 • Identify process improvements through software tools and automation • Support cost- and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule development, deployment, management, reporting, improvement, and modification

🎯 Requirements

• Deep program scheduling experience related construction projects • Experience analyzing big data related to capital construction programs • Experience ensuring allocated work is completed and resources are fully utilized against an agreed program of work • Strong skills producing comprehensive and accurate schedule reports using data from BP systems and contractor-supplied information • Strong technical skills with Primavera P6, MS Project, programming, dashboards, and Excel • Excel proficiency is a must • Ability to be a self-starter with strong time management skills • Very strong oral and written communication skills • Experience working with internal and external stakeholder teams
