📋 Description

• Support the global Tax function in building a structured, audit-ready view of tax deliverables across countries • Maintain the master global tax deliverables tracker for all filing types by country • Build and maintain direct tax trackers covering corporate tax filings, advance tax, WHT compliance, provision-support schedules, and transfer-pricing documentation status • Build and maintain indirect tax trackers covering GST/VAT/service tax filings and input-credit reconciliation status • Maintain a tax notice and assessment log with receipt dates, authorities, issue summaries, response deadlines, statuses, and owners • Review existing SOPs for gaps and outdated content and flag items for subject-matter-expert input • Draft and update SOPs using a standardized template • Support the preparer-reviewer sign-off mechanism by logging preparers, reviewers, and sign-off dates • Use Claude to draft tracker structures, convert unstructured inputs into tracker rows or SOP drafts, and build lightweight dashboards or summary views • Review and validate AI-generated work with the tax team

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Taxation • Basic understanding of corporate tax and indirect tax compliance concepts • Good written communication for SOP and tracker documentation • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic dashboarding • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for drafting and structuring work • Detail-oriented and organized • Comfortable with structured and repetitive work
