📋 Description

• Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities varying by assignment • Work within claims and membership to create and report financial data • Generate and analyze data and perform trend analysis using Excel • Streamline and optimize reports using AI • Use AI skills to improve workflows and processes • Participate in seminars, mentoring, training, stretch assignments, and expanded responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Strong Excel skills • Experience with SQL or Python preferred • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable and flexible • Ability to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
