📋 Description

• Work directly with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments • Perform financial analysis and modeling • Conduct company and industry research • Participate in developing client presentations • Interact with senior bankers and clients • Carry out day-to-day investment banking activities in a fast-paced, demanding environment

🎯 Requirements

• Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university • GPA of 3.5 or above • Strong academic record from a leading undergraduate program • Work authorization in the US • Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation • Ability to model transactions • Ability to conduct research • Ability to perform insightful competitive analyses • Ability to perform valuation analyses • Financial modeling experience in Excel • Basic or better PowerPoint skills • Self-driven and detail-oriented • Ability to produce large amounts of high-quality work products in a short period • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Entrepreneurial streak
