📋 Description

• Lead implementation of AI-powered business solutions from concept through production • Ensure successful deployment of AI solutions into enterprise production environments • Translate business requirements into executable engineering delivery plans • Partner closely with business stakeholders and engagement leads to understand priorities and define implementation roadmaps • Lead and develop an offshore engineering team • Build a high-performing engineering culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering enterprise software solutions • Experience leading engineering teams or technical delivery teams • Strong experience delivering cloud-native software, APIs, automation, and integration solutions • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives
