📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations at commercial construction sites • Ensure adherence to plans, schedules, safety protocols, and regulations • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and construction personnel • Monitor work progress and quality and conduct regular inspections • Address issues or deviations from plans and maintain construction standards • Own Re-Image brand standards and ensure client satisfaction • Enforce safety regulations, protocols, and company policies • Maintain daily reports, work logs, incident reports, and other project documentation • Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, building officials, and other stakeholders • Resolve project-related issues, delays, conflicts, and technical problems while maintaining timelines • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Experience in constructability analysis • High sense of urgency and adaptability to manage fast paced project timelines • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines • Strong leadership and managerial skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore) • Must have a valid passport • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 90% of the time • Required to work in a construction setting containing loud noises • Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment • Required to remain standing for extended periods of time • Must be able to lift and carry objects >35lbs • Overnight work may be required based on project needs
