📋 Description

• Report to the Chief Operating Officer. • Oversee day-to-day operations at commercial construction sites. • Ensure projects adhere to plans, schedules, safety protocols, budgets, regulations, and quality standards. • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel. • Monitor work progress and quality, conduct regular inspections, and address deviations from plans. • Own Re-Image brand standards and ensure client satisfaction. • Enforce safety regulations, protocols, and company policies. • Maintain daily reports, work logs, incident reports, and other project documentation. • Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, building officials, and other stakeholders. • Identify and resolve delays, conflicts, technical issues, and other construction problems. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects. • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Experience in constructability analysis. • High sense of urgency and adaptability to manage fast paced project timelines. • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. • Strong leadership and managerial skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software such as Procore. • Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous. • Must have a valid passport. • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 90% of the time. • Ability to work in a construction setting containing loud noises. • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment. • Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time. • Ability to lift and carry objects over 35 lbs. • Ability to work overnight when required by project needs.
