📋 Description

• Provide remote functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules within assigned areas • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets • Troubleshoot application issues, document findings, and escalate complex problems to Senior Consultants • Answer business-user questions, provide guidance, and deliver basic end-user training • Perform routine configuration updates under established guidelines • Assist with testing patches, quarterly updates, and new functionality • Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures • Monitor assigned applications, analyze recurring issues, and document trends • Improve application monitoring, automation, and internal support processes • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and small-scale requests for new functionality • Assist with data validation, reporting updates, and interface troubleshooting • Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle Support to resolve issues • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket progress • Communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders • Work effectively in a remote environment with clients and peers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a consulting, HRIS, or application support role • Foundational experience in at least one major workstream: Workforce Management (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence) or Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, Incentive Compensation) • Understanding of HR processes and HR systems • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and priorities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire • Sponsorship for employment authorization is not provided
