📋 Description

• Understand customer stakeholder goals and objectives to visualize success • Help customers align their business with Oracle’s leading industry processes • Contribute to project plans and provide regular updates • Partner with customers to design and create Oracle Cloud prototypes • Understand and communicate solution options and decision rationale • Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions • Record Oracle service requests and work them to closure • Identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute remediation to avoid project roadblocks • Coach and lead customer and ArcLight project resources to complete tasks with quality • Meet or exceed commitments for schedule and quality • Continuously improve ArcLight’s delivery model and assets to increase project delivery efficiency • Grow knowledge of Oracle Cloud, sales, and delivery processes • Deepen knowledge of software industry trends, customer industries, and Oracle modules and features • Achieve and maintain Oracle Implementation certifications • Travel up to 25% for client on-site needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials • Implementation experience with Project Accounting and/or Procurement Cloud preferred • Knowledge of finance, accounting, project management, and/or procurement business processes • Functional experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud with direct customer interactions • Experience facilitating global design workshops • Experience configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices • Experience identifying application gaps and providing recommendations to address them • Experience completing functional designs • Experience providing Oracle Cloud process guidance and training • Experience creating and executing test plans • Experience presenting complex ideas clearly and concisely • Experience with bug fixes and customer support • Ability to communicate process and application trade-offs and recommendations for specific customer requirements and user stories • Desire to work in a creative problem-solving environment with attention to detail • Oracle Certifications in Finance, PPM and/or Procurement modules • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or its equivalent • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with customers and peers • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire • Legally eligible to travel to the United States for required business purposes • No employer sponsorship available for U.S. work visas
