📋 Description

• Support execution of the strategic sales plan and budget to expand AG1's retail footprint across US retail partners • Create dashboards combining external and internal data for KPI financial tracking and performance visibility • Analyze new business opportunities and competitive dynamics to drive growth • Conduct post-event analysis of retail marketing programs • Enable product launches, seasonal promotions, and merchandising strategies • Partner with NPD on innovation pipeline development and retail fit • Ensure timely invoicing and cash collection; act as AR liaison for Retail • Monitor customer fines, fees, deductions, allowances, contracts, and purchase orders • Assist with customer product assortment and innovation financial analysis • Collaborate in the S&OP process to improve forecasting and demand visibility • Use sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to influence retail strategy and optimize financial performance • Provide performance updates and actionable recommendations to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 4-7+ years of experience with a CPG/consumer products brand supporting Sales Teams and major retailers such as Costco, Target, and Ulta • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business plans • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and flawless execution in retail initiatives • Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition, with an understanding of the evolving consumer landscape • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, entrepreneurial environment and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
