📋 Description

• Drive the monthly close process and understand monthly performance • Prepare variance commentary and understand accruals • Raise risks and opportunities to finance and R&D leadership • Manage headcount and expense planning • Support monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan • Build a deep command of the P&L to diagnose performance drivers • Shape strategic narratives • Partner with leadership on high-impact ad hoc analyses • Provide data-driven recommendations on budgets, strategic trade-offs, and business growth decisions • Identify opportunities to automate, accelerate, and improve team processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance • 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role, preferably at a high-growth technology company • Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including creating and executing robust financial plans • Ability to solve problems and operate autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment • Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals, including variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, and reporting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to finance and non-finance audiences • Active use of AI tools to work faster and go deeper
