📋 Description

• Drive the monthly close process, including understanding monthly performance, preparing variance commentary, understanding accruals, and raising risks and opportunities to finance and R&D leadership • Manage headcount and expense planning by supporting monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan • Build command of the P&L to diagnose performance drivers • Shape strategic narratives and partner with leadership on high-impact ad hoc analyses • Provide data-driven recommendations on budgets, strategic trade-offs, and business-growth decisions • Identify opportunities to automate, accelerate, and improve processes using AI

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance • 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role, preferably at a high-growth technology company • Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including creation and execution of robust financial plans • Comfortable solving problems and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment • Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals, including variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, and reporting • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to finance and non-finance audiences • Actively uses AI tools to work faster and go deeper
