📋 Description

• Understand customer stakeholder goals and objectives and visualize success • Help customers align their business with Oracle's leading industry processes • Contribute to project plans and provide regular updates • Partner with customers to design and create Oracle Cloud prototypes, communicating options and decision rationale • Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions • Record Oracle service requests and work them to closure • Support clients live on Oracle SCM Cloud with break-fix, optimization, and ongoing business changes • Identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute remediations • Coach and lead customer and ArcLight project resources • Meet or exceed schedule and quality commitments • Improve ArcLight's delivery model and assets • Expand knowledge of Oracle Cloud, sales and delivery processes, software industry trends, customer industries, and Oracle modules/features • Contribute to marketing materials • Achieve and maintain Oracle Implementation certifications • Travel up to 25% for client on-site needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of implementation experience with Oracle SCM Cloud, including Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Demand Management, and/or Supply Planning • Knowledge of procurement, supply chain management, supply chain planning, VCP, S&OP, and/or manufacturing business processes • Functional experience implementing Oracle SCM Cloud with direct customer interactions • Experience facilitating global design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, completing functional designs, providing process guidance and training, creating and executing test plans, hypercare, and/or post-production optimization • Ability to provide implementation support, present complex ideas clearly and concisely, perform bug fixes and customer support, and communicate process/application trade-offs and recommendations • Ability and desire to work in a creative problem-solving environment with attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and colleagues • Oracle certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Planning • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Candidates must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for required business purposes
