📋 Description

• Trace the end-to-end impact of AI systems, individually and in combination, connecting model behavior, pipeline performance, and customer and business outcomes • Create evidence-backed narratives communicating the value and trajectory of Arctic Wolf’s AI to engineers, executives, customers, and partners • Build instrumentation and reporting for repeatable, trustworthy impact measurement • Own the metrics and KPI framework for all AI initiatives • Define success criteria and build dashboards that inform strategy • Translate AI business value into executive reporting tied to financial and strategic outcomes • Partner with engineering teams on optimization initiatives to improve inference cost, latency, accuracy, and operational efficiency • Manage the technical side of AI vendor relationships and partnerships • Evaluate new capabilities, monitor performance and compliance, and maintain a competitive AI stack • Design and operationalize responsible AI governance, including review gates, compliance tracking, documentation standards, and escalation workflows • Influence technical direction and vendor strategy without formal authority • Mentor engineers and operations teams and establish operational excellence across the AI organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data, AI/ML operations, or technical program management, shipping production systems at scale • 5+ years in a staff or senior-level role • Proven ability to measure and articulate the end-to-end impact of technical systems and translate it into an evidence-backed story • Expertise in AI metrics and evaluation, including measurement frameworks, model evaluation best practices, and decision-support dashboards • Experience managing vendor and partnership relationships and evaluating SaaS/API-based AI tools • Operational and governance acumen, including compliance, audit-readiness, documentation, and AI risk workflows • Moderate depth in Python, SQL, and data analysis • Strong systems thinking and pragmatic judgment • Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences • Experience with Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch • Experience with ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar GRC/governance platforms • Background working with machine learning, generative AI, and agentic workflows • Cost optimization and multi-cloud deployment experience • Background check required • Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under applicable U.S. export control laws, if applicable
