📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing • Identify, record, and track defects and collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely resolution • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools • Conduct performance, regression, and integration testing • Collaborate with the IT Test Automation Manager, Product Owners/Managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle • Mentor junior QA team members and promote testing and quality assurance best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation testing • Proficiency in test automation using Playwright and version control systems such as Git • Hands-on experience testing applications built on .NET, Angular, and SQL Server • Strong SQL skills for data validation, test data setup, and backend verification against SQL Server • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Candidates must reside in an eligible state; Ardent Mills is not hiring in Alaska, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, or Wyoming • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester are preferred • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally Azure DevOps, is preferred • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6 and DevOps practices is preferred • API-level test automation expertise is preferred • Experience with XML, JSON, and REST web service technologies is preferred
