📋 Description

• Manage overall contract performance and service delivery. • Serve as primary liaison between USDA and contractor leadership. • Oversee staffing, schedules, budgets, and contract deliverables. • Conduct status meetings and executive briefings. • Monitor contract risks and implement corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, SLAs, and federal regulations. • Review and approve project plans, reports, and deliverables. • Manage subcontractor performance when applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field. • Minimum 10 years of professional experience managing large-scale IT or federal programs. • Minimum 5 years of experience managing federal government contracts. • Must be able to obtain and maintain USDA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials. • Must successfully pass all required federal background investigations and suitability determinations. • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams. • Experience supporting federal agencies. • Experience with contract performance management and reporting. • Experience facilitating executive-level meetings and presentations. • Knowledge of federal IT governance and program management practices. • PMP certification preferred. • Ability to obtain and maintain USDA credentials and access requirements. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
