📋 Description

• Understand, define, analyze, and document client requirements and difficulties by conducting regular meetings • Communicate requirements from business and technical sources into technical build direction using specifications, whiteboard discussions, UML modeling techniques, and more • Collaborate with remote product and development teams in every phase of the software development lifecycle to conceptualize, build, and implement digital solutions that meet business goals • Work with executives, key departmental management, and project partners across the organization to ensure smooth project execution • Own the development and implementation of the lottery product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business strategy, collaborator priorities, and market opportunities • Research industry trends and procedures to develop recommendations for technologies and methods to customers at all levels • Continuously research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize product performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience • 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Product Owner • Expertise with a broad base of digital web and mobile products, technologies, platforms, patterns, frameworks, and methodologies • Knowledge of technical development documentation methodologies and technologies (Visio, UML, object modeling, etc.) • Experience developing standard methodologies for e-Commerce, CRM, web, social media, and web analytics assets • Strong understanding of software build principles and patterns • Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts • Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts with both technical and non-technical collaborators • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across multiple functions • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to recognize, prioritize, and communicate high-impact initiatives • Experience leading projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
