📋 Description

• Review Leviathan/Galleon modular data center and site designs across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, controls, ICT, and IT disciplines • Feed constructability input into product development, including modularity, transport and lifting constraints, interfaces, installation sequencing, and commissioning strategy • Validate deployment methodologies, including crane selection and access, laydown and site logistics, erection/installation sequencing, tolerances, and fit-up • Conduct early constructability due diligence and site-specific risk assessments • Develop and maintain standardized construction playbooks, sequencing plans, methods of procedure, guidelines, checklists, and review workflows • Lead hands-on constructability analysis for new products and first-of-a-kind sites • Link product engineering with engineering disciplines, fabricators, general contractors, and local delivery partners • Support pre-construction planning for schedule, cost, logistics, and procurement lead times • Review design packages and shop drawings for buildability • Track constructability items and lessons learned across active sites • Provide final constructability sign-off for design and execution readiness • Travel approximately 30–40% to project sites, fabrication facilities, and vendor/GC locations • Additional listed duties include owning systems integration architecture, mapping systems and APIs, managing integration sequencing, governing integration patterns, stewarding orphan systems, coordinating cross-functional systems reviews, managing G&A systems, automating workflows, and developing AI enablement playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field • 5–7 years of hands-on construction management, constructability/buildability review, or design experience on industrial, modular, or mission-critical facility projects, including direct general contractor or fabrication-yard experience • Working knowledge of modular/prefabricated construction methods, crane/lift and rigging planning, transport and site logistics, and means-and-methods planning across multiple codes and jurisdictions • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–40% to project sites, fabrication facilities, and construction locations worldwide • Preferred: CCP, CCM, or PMP certification • Preferred: experience with modular, prefabricated, ISO container, or skid-mounted construction methodologies • Preferred: data center-specific constructability experience • Preferred: knowledge of building codes and regulations • Preferred: experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents • Preferred: experience building constructability review programs, buildability checklists, or governance processes • Preferred: collaboration with CSA, MEP, controls, ICT, and IT engineering teams, fabricators, general contractors, and local delivery partners • Preferred: experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
