📋 Description

• Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols • Understand and execute departmental procedures, alongside all customized client procedures • Multitask between emails, SalesForce, and Excel spreadsheets • Provide detailed write-ups for clients regarding the viability of pursuing litigation • Perform basic skip-tracing functions on debtor businesses and principals by searching private databases and public records • Read and interpret client and attorney documents • Correspond with clients regarding pending litigation accounts or closures • Meet or exceed minimum department productivity requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial collections, skip tracing/investigations, or litigation processes preferred • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dun & Bradstreet, TransUnion TLO, or similar products preferred • Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment and to resolve issues independently and accurately.
