📋 Description

• Build and secure ARS identity services using Okta, Entra ID/AD, and CyberArk • Administer Okta and Entra ID/AD • Implement SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and hardened administrative tiers • Design secure API authentication and lifecycle automation for onboarding and offboarding using SCIM/JIT • Operate PIM/PAM for privileged identities, including role design, approvals, JIT access, and session monitoring • Integrate identity telemetry into SIEM/XDR • Support access reviews and identity audits • Partner with application and infrastructure teams on integrations • Establish identity policies and administrative standards • Consult with GRC on access governance and audit evidence • Participate in an on-call rotation • Achieve 100% MFA coverage on privileged accounts, reduce standing privilege, and eliminate orphaned accounts • Verify API authentication patterns for key applications and document Conditional Access coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IAM • Hands-on experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID/AD • Strong knowledge of OAuth/OIDC/SAML and SCIM provisioning • Experience with PIM/PAM platforms • Experience with identity lifecycle automation • Demonstrated ability to leverage Claude or ChatGPT to continuously improve identity governance, access reviews, and policy automation • Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/AD, CyberArk, PIM/PAM tools, identity governance/reporting, and SCIM/JIT integrations • Participation in an on-call rotation
