📋 Description

• Coordinate the activities of organizations supporting EHR Go-Live, recovery, and Post Go-Live Operations. • Direct the production and distribution of healthcare support services and drive overall operations improvement. • Support Value Stream Enablement by aligning teams, resources, and execution activities as VHA scales from six live sites to many more. • Support centralized upskilling and onboarding operations, including training logistics, scheduling, and shipment of training aids to off-site locations. • Forecast operational demand and coordinate with department managers to sequence and resource surge tasks. • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, operational trackers, and execution cadences for surge-support projects. • Support the Tiered Hub prioritization process and operational metrics monitoring for rapid, targeted interventions. • Contribute to weekly task reports, bi-monthly budget trackers, and monthly progress reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS). • Minimum 8 years of relevant production/operations experience. • Experience in healthcare operations or health IT program execution, ideally in a large integrated delivery system or VHA. • Experience supporting EHR deployment, training operations, or command-center logistics. • Familiarity with Lean/Agile execution practices and operational performance metrics. • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable VA background investigation at the Low Risk / NACI level, including electronic fingerprinting and e-QIP submission. • All work must be performed within the United States. • Availability for occasional CONUS travel to VA Medical Centers, approximately 5-day site visits, in support of EHR Go-Live and Post Go-Live activities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications. • Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is strongly preferred.
