📋 Description

• Support Ascend’s network of accounting firms through full-lifecycle recruitment • Recruit CPAs, accounting professionals, and firm leadership roles • Partner with CEOs and HR leaders to understand firm cultures and write job descriptions and scorecards • Own the candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for Tax, Audit, and other accounting roles • Create outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and job posting sites • Conduct screening interviews and select top-of-funnel talent • Use the ATS to run reports, track goals, and ensure accurate data capture • Monitor talent pipeline analytics and improve funnel conversion • Present, negotiate, and execute offer letters with HR • Build recruiter and high-performing talent relationships • Manage candidate experience surveys and maintain candidate NPS of 90+ • Establish partnerships with universities and other institutions • Align and motivate stakeholders across Ascend HQ and regional hubs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience • Experience in public accounting recruiting • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills • Strong desire to win and relentless intellectual curiosity • Attention to detail and good judgment • Power user of an ATS; Greenhouse is a plus
