β’ 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred β’ Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred β’ Experience in staffing agency or full-desk recruiting environments highly valued β’ Ability to manage 35β40 active requisitions β’ Strong candidate vetting skills β understanding motivations, movement, and potential risks β’ Excellent communication and customer service with hiring managers β’ Highly organized documentation and recruiting activity tracking β’ Strong follow-through and responsiveness in a remote environment β’ Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment β’ Creative sourcing and relationship-building skills β’ Experience working with ATS platforms such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems is helpful.
