📋 Description

• Complete a full-time, salaried 12-month administrative fellowship with structured departmental rotations • Undertake customized, project-driven initiatives addressing complex healthcare industry challenges • Work directly with senior leaders and executive mentors on enterprise initiatives • Gain insight into high-level board governance • Collaborate with a nationwide cohort across regions • Share key learnings and drive innovative healthcare solutions • Participate in one-on-one executive coaching • Complete strategic professional development aligned with long-term career goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or equivalent healthcare/administrative program) completed or in progress preferred • Master's degree must be from an accredited U.S. institution if pursued • Minimum 3.0 GPA ("B" average) on a 4.0 scale • Current student in the final year of graduate study or recent graduate from an eligible Master's program • Personal Statement ready to submit upon request • Two Letters of Recommendation ready to submit upon request, one professional and one academic • U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Visa sponsorship is not available
