📋 Description

• Design and apply structured change management strategies for large-scale organizational and technological transitions • Conduct organizational assessments and analyze data • Evaluate risks and deliver actionable resistance management guidelines to minimize change impact • Collaborate with internal key partners to guide initiatives and influence adoption of change • Design, develop, and deliver interactive change management workshops • Build sustainable change capabilities across all organizational levels • Own change strategy deliverables • Monitor progress and evaluate change enablement effectiveness against intended outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience • 3+ years of experience leading large-scale change management initiatives from conception through implementation • Experience utilizing specialized tools for assessment, communication, and tracking • Strong workshop facilitation and adult learning expertise • Proven ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders across the organization • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with and influence senior leadership • Prosci certification strongly preferred • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
