📋 Description

• Design and implement large-scale national operations activities for supplies and services to ensure standardized efficiency and delivery excellence across the enterprise • Direct performance management and optimization of national logistics service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements and peak supply chain performance • Develop dashboards and lead quarterly business reviews to identify continuous improvement opportunities and track national logistics workstreams • Deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership on operational process refinements and new technology integration, using field feedback and data analysis • Oversee technical onboarding of new customers and supply chain associates onto software platforms to support system adoption, growth strategies, and operational savings targets • Manage associate performance through hiring, training, onboarding, professional development, coaching, and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Master's degree preferred
