📋 Description

• Partner with the GE Vernova Supply Chain Strategy Leader on cross-functional initiatives and deploy the Supply Chain strategy framework across GE Vernova businesses • Develop financial models, including sensitivity analysis, and capacity planning to guide strategic decision-making • Partner with the GE Vernova Business Development team on supply chain strategy supporting business-line vision and goals • Build and present business cases addressing SIOP, CAPEX, capacity, risk, efficiency, resiliency, flow, and sustainability trade-offs • Deploy standard work for Voice of Customer, including market opportunities, key technologies, differentiating capabilities, and footprint aligned with global demand • Project manage business-level strategic projects and Next Generation Supply Chain development • Create a standard capability matrix for adoption across the Global Supply Chain • Lead identification of strategic sites for growth potential, capital allocation needs, and financial benefits • Collaborate with the GE Vernova Corporate Strategy Team to capture market trends and insights in the Voice of Customer process • Improve supply chain development standard work and strategy frameworks through data collection, analysis, and cross-functional feedback loops • Integrate GE Vernova values and Sustainability Framework into Supply Chain Development practices • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and kaizen events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business or equivalent knowledge or experience • Strong experience of relevant Supply Chain, Finance, Lean, or Sourcing experience • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with and presenting to global stakeholders at senior level • Willingness and ability to travel up to ~50% of the time • Excellent communication (oral/written) experience, working and influencing cross-culturally in large, matrixed organizations • Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills • Transformational change leader, who excels in change management • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance thought leadership, continuous learning, and improvement with demonstrated results • Master's degree in supply chain management or business administration (MBA) preferred • Prior GE leadership program experience, such as OMLP, FMP, CAS preferred • Lean expertise preferred • Strong project management and process improvement skills preferred • Results-oriented and ability to energize others preferred
