📋 Description

• Partner with the Supply Chain Strategy Leader on cross-functional initiatives and deploy the Supply Chain strategy framework across GE Vernova businesses • Develop financial models, including sensitivity analysis, and capacity planning to guide strategic decision-making • Partner with the Business Development team on supply chain strategy supporting business-line vision and goals • Build and present business cases highlighting trade-offs involving SIOP, capex, capacity, risk, efficiency, resiliency, flow, and sustainability • Deploy standard work for Voice of Customer, including market opportunities, key technologies and capabilities, and footprint aligned with global demand • Project manage business-level strategic projects and Next Generation Supply Chain development • Create a standard capability matrix for adoption across Global Supply Chain • Develop and lead the process for identifying strategic sites, capital allocation needs, and financial benefits • Collaborate with the Corporate Strategy Team to incorporate market trends and insights into the Voice of Customer process • Improve supply chain development standard work and strategy frameworks through data collection, analysis, and closed feedback loops • Champion GE Vernova values and the Sustainability Framework in Supply Chain Development practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business, or equivalent knowledge or experience • Strong relevant Supply Chain, Finance, Lean, or Sourcing experience • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with and presenting to global senior stakeholders • Willingness and ability to travel up to approximately 50% of the time • Excellent oral and written communication experience in large, matrixed organizations • Experience working and influencing cross-culturally • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills • Transformational change leadership and change management ability • Strategic thinking with demonstrated results • Master's degree in supply chain management or business administration (MBA) preferred • Prior GE leadership program experience, such as OMLP, FMP, or CAS, preferred • Lean expertise preferred • Strong project management and process improvement skills preferred • Results-oriented approach and ability to energize others preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
