📋 Description

• Safeguard the site/warehouse building and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols • Align with CM/PM on budgets for tooling, equipment, and warehouse costs/purchases • Control inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation with the data storage system • Maintain warehouse condition through layout planning, equipment inspection, repair work orders, and replacement requisitions • Audit and report inventory while maintaining digital logs and reports of material flow • Use Hubble to export Excel reports for incoming, outgoing, and inventory material tracking • Maintain accurate material trackers in Hubble, Excel, or Smartsheet for project-team visibility • Manage warehouse associates, including work, attendance, time, and safe equipment use • Establish warehouse practices and protocols for efficiency • Set and communicate weekly warehouse and team goals with executive management and team leads • Monitor federal and state safety regulations • Submit monthly warehouse safety reports using VI safety software/Velocity • Update Procore daily reports for incoming and outgoing deliveries • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments to ensure timely shipment and tracking • Finalize warehouse locations and budget alignments with the PM • Create logistics plans using the template • Hire and manage warehouse staff with the CM/Site Lead • Set up warehouse scanner systems, racking, barcoded locations, and organization • Use scanners to receive, put away, and transfer materials while aligning physical and digital systems • Coordinate material look-ahead and staging with the site team to ensure on-time deliveries and reduce installation delays • Assist with jigs, prefabrication areas, and prefab processes to improve installation efficiency • Coordinate with SC/VIM/NADC on inventory, ship dates, installations, deliveries, and notifications • Keep inventory reports current on shared project files, with no more than a 36-hour update delay • Conduct bi-weekly self-audits • Communicate issues and needs to the project team • Lead all material-management responsibilities at the PWH • Enter Omnitrackers as needed • Train staff on reporting requirements and maintain safe, code-compliant warehouses across APS projects • Walk the project site with SM team members at least twice weekly

• Forklift Certified • OSHA 30 Certified • Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict • Effective and transparent communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening • Great interpersonal skills • Forward Thinking, finds solutions when problems occur • Independent problem solver • Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities • Exceptional time management and organization skills • In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse • Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics • Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications • Ability to read, interpret and develop supply chain and warehouse inventory reports • Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specializing in Excel • Knowledge of mechanical equipment a plus (motors, baggage handling systems, etc.)
